Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only when guaranteed with a valid payment method. The Central Malta reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation if booking details are incomplete, inaccurate, or if payment cannot be verified.
Hostel Rules
Guests must respect fellow travelers, staff, and shared spaces at all times. Quiet hours, cleanliness, and responsible use of dorms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas are required. Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, early departures, and no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation.
House Policies
Check-in is available around the clock through self check-in instructions sent by email and SMS. Check-out times, room allocations, identification requirements, and any security deposit rules must be followed as communicated before arrival. Guests are responsible for personal belongings, and lockers should be used for valuables.
General Conditions
Rates, taxes, and policy details may change without prior notice where permitted by law. By staying at The Central Malta, guests agree to comply with these terms and any additional instructions shared by the hostel team during their stay.
